What time is check-in/check-out?
3:00 p.m. is check in time and 12:00 noon is check out time.
How much do you charge for high speed/wifi internet access?
All guests get complimentary high-speed access during every stay.

Yes, ID/Passport required at check in.
Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
Only some of the rooms allow rollaways/ cribs/ playards. The price is 50 euros per rollaway. Cribs are available free of charge.
